Bob Fleming is a pseudonym for Moacyr Silva (1940 – 2002), a really great brazilian saxophon player, who recorded many, many records for the brazilian market. Mosdt of his albums were released under his real name, but this is a “Bob Fleming” production.
Unfortunately I found no more informations about this musician, but his “Sax Spectacular” album from 1958 is a real good one.
It´s the perfect soundtrack for an evening with your girl in a smoky bar …
And I guess you´ll agree, when I say, that the cover s real eye-catcher !
